After nearly two decades in the mental health field, running a full therapy practice, building a business from scratch, and raising a family, I’ve seen firsthand how easy it is to lose yourself in the pressure to do more, fix everything, and keep up.

I’ve been the one juggling too many roles, chasing success, and trying to stay afloat without burning out. I’ve also been the one who hit the wall (one too many times… OUCH!) and had to find a different way forward.

What I learned? Strategy matters, but so does capacity. Without the systems, clarity, and personal alignment to support your goals, it’s hard to create anything that actually feels sustainable.

That’s why I shifted. Coaching gives me the space to support women like you, professionals, helpers, and entrepreneurs, who are ready to stop over-functioning and start building with purpose.

While my therapy work focuses on healing, my coaching work focuses on forward movement. I use a solutions-focused approach, grounded in behavior science, to help you create a personalized Blueprint that brings structure to your vision and momentum to your goals.

I’m here to be the person I wish I had when I was stuck in the in-between. Someone who gets the mental load, the drive, and the exhaustion… and who knows how to create something better.

We use what you’ve already learned through your experiences, challenges, even setbacks, and turn that into useful information that helps shape the next step. This isn’t about going backward, but instead, it’s about moving forward with clarity and intention.

This is coaching, not therapy. I don’t diagnose or treat mental health concerns, but I do help you recognize patterns, make aligned decisions, and create systems that actually support the life or business you want.
